Over the years, our most rewarding challenge has been the upgrade and retrofit of large, penthouse-style HVAC systems. We have saved owners millions in potential capital expenses through the refurbishment of existing equipment: In many cases we have increased equipment capacity substantially. Our warranties on labor and materials exceed those provided with new equipment. |

Development and implementation of a strategy for interconnecting 5 process cooling towers in order to provide redundancy. The 40-56 was one of the largest manufacturing facilities we have worked on. More >
The cooling towers served a series of large industrial press systems responsible for production of products for the dream-liner assembly. Towers were located on different roof elevations and hundreds of feet apart in some cases. Repairs to cooling towers were phased over holidays and weekend shutdowns each with critical schedules. Major piping, electrical, filtration, and related equipment revisions and designs are underway at this facility to enable redundancy and flexibility of tower operations.
